StormHood Trash Trap Outlet Protection Hood

The StormHood is a trash trap outlet protection hood and stormwater filter designed to capture floatables, sediment, and hydrocarbons in catch basins and sumped stormwater structures – all while utilizing Fabco’s popular expanding ring technology for quick and painless installation and a removeable hood for maintenance. This innovative device combines simplicity with performance, ensuring efficient pollutant removal while preventing the clogging of outlet pipes.

It also features a quick release mechanism, allowing for seamless removal of the filter cover for maintenance without removing the expanding ring.

And thanks to it’s stainless steel construction, it’s built to last through countless storm events, providing municipalities, engineers and contractors with a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution that will stand the test of time as it improves water quality!
